性能用途：
适用于铸铁、碳钢、不锈钢等黑色金属的加工，满足切削、钻孔攻丝、铣削、龙门铣等加工工艺需求。

是一款水溶性切削液，适用于铸铁、碳钢、锰钢、不锈钢等黑色金属的加工。
具有良好的防锈性、极压润滑性、冷却性等特点，综合性能佳。
产品具有良好的清晰性，且产品本身气味小，使用寿命长。
使用方法：
液箱和机床清理干净后，将 SGR2342根据现场工艺要求按照一定比例与水混合后；将配制好的工作液加入液箱内，用油泵打出，喷流于工件切削处。
初次使用本品之前请将机床液箱清理消杀干净，建议使用纯水、自来水配制工作液。
严禁使用地下水，过软和过硬水质请提前与欣格瑞业务联系取得技术支持。
切削液系统应有良好的铝屑和杂质分离系统，保持工作液的纯净和清洁。
严禁与其他牌号切削液混用，以保持其优良特性。
包装贮存：
应密封保存于干燥、阴凉通风库房内，防止日晒、雨淋及混入杂质，建议贮存温度 5~35℃。
搬运中应使用适当的装卸工具，以免包装破损。
运输中应用篷布遮盖，防止阳光直晒。
正常贮存情况下，产品保质期为2年。

操作时注意劳动保护，应避免与皮肤、眼睛等接触，接触后用大量清水冲洗。

Range of application:
◇SGR2342 is suitable for the processing of ferrous metals such as cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel, to meet the processing requirements of cutting, drilling and tapping, milling, gantry milling, etc.
Application method:
◇After cleaning the liquid tank and the machine tool, the SGR2342 is mixed with water in a certain proportion according to the on-site process requirements; the prepared working liquid is added into the liquid tank, punched out with a pump and sprayed at the cutting part of the workpiece.
Engineer suggestion:
◇ Please clean the the liquid tank and the machine tool before the first use of the product . It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working liquid.
◇ It is strictly prohibited to use groundwater, too soft and hard water quality, please contact our company in advance to obtain technical support.
◇ The cutting fluid system should have a good aluminum scrap and impurity separation system to keep the working fluid pure and clean.
◇It is strictly forbidden to mix with other grades of cutting fluid to maintain its excellent characteristics.
Storage/Transportation/Package:
◇ It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sun exposure, rain and impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.
◇ Use proper loading and unloading tools to avoid damage to the package.
◇ Cover with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.
◇ Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
◇ Specification: 20kg or 200kg.
